Small feet only
The massage is very relaxing and soothing. My feet feel great after 10 minutes. I couldn't really tell if the 'heat' worked or not, but I'm leaning toward not. My biggest complaint is that it is made for very small feet. I have 9.5 mens size feet and they are too big for this unit and makes for some discomfort while using.

Hard Plastic nubbies...
I ordered this item because I know the name "Dr. Scholl's" and I needed a foot spa. When I got this set up and put my feet in it, the bottom of the spa is covered with HARD plastic nubbies... that I guess you are supposed to get used to, but it is like walking on rocks IMHO. The massage and warming functions work fine, I dont find it overly loud, and otherwise it is a fine product... but the plastic nubs on covering the bottom of the spa are not comfortable to keep your feet on for any length of time. I will probably cover them with a towel or some other softer material to help with my tender feet.

Do not buy this item
I recieved this item from my husband for Christmas. One month later the heat and vibration feature would not work. Amazon replaced the item immediately. I have had the replacement for three months and it has now started leaking. Not just a small leak- pouring water all over my hardwood floors!!!! I am now trying to return the replacment but the time allowed has expired. Apparently the expiration date was three days before I reveiced the replacement- are you kidding??. I am now stuck with this item that obviously has issues and I cannot receive a refund for it. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product and Amazon. I would expect the "return period" to start AFTER I receive the replacement. This was not one of these products that had problems but two in a four month period.

Highly Recommended
Yes, I highly recommend this, but I only give it 4 stars. It was not what I was expecting, especially the toe touch massage, and the heater element.

1) The toe touch massage, refers to the fact that you can turn this machine off and on with your toe, via the little yellow button you can see in the picture. I was envisioning, my toes being massaged...?? how? i'm not sure...was looking forward to the surprise...LOL

2) The heater element is only usable for about 10 minutes AT MOST, at any one time, and it is ONLY to keep the water at the same temp you started with, not to increase the temp.

I use this product at least 4 times per week, and love every time I use it, but I was expecting a bit more than I should have been expecting for the price. It is really great all things considered and I can tell I'll have it probably for the rest of my life, so I still rate it very highly. FOUR STARS! I would purchase this product and I have already told several people about this product. Mostly my feet love it after wearing shoes and socks all day, which is probably a little unnatural for our feet to go through...?!?

The massage is actually a vibration (this machine is a vibrator?!? haha), and it actually works really well, and the heater element part isn't THAT DISAPPOINTING, as I can fill the tub with HOT WATER (I mean hot...) and then as it naturally cools down, I can hit the toe touch switch, and keep the water AT THAT TEMP for ten minutes longer, then let it cool down after that...so that is good. I only use it for about 20 to 30 minutes at a time anyways.

ALSO, it is super easy to clean and take care of.

PLUS, it's got those nice bumps for under your feet and extra massage attachments that I haven't tried yet, but I'm sure they are cool too...this is a foot spa, that lives up to it's name, just slightly disappointed me when I tried it the first time. But, it's still awesome, so there you go!

Slightly Better Than a Plastic Basin
This product is only better than buying a cheap plastic basin and filling it with your own warm water for a foot soak. From my experience, the heating element will not even truly keep the water warm (it cooled off within 15 minutes with that turned on), and the massage function is extremely loud and doesn't do much good. The one redeeming quality is the reflexology plates on the bottom -- without those, this would be absolutely useless.

Little wonder!
This product is nothing but a little wonder! It's very light weight, simple and easy to use, however very very effective. I'd bought expensive "automatic" massagers earlier which broke on the first day of use. I returned it and decided to go for simple "manual" one. The decision was absolutely correct and this product turned out to be a great buy for me and my nursing wife. This little massager relaxes her quite well. I would recommend it for anyone looking for simple and effective massage equipment.

Great!
I have tried other foot rollers without success but "The Happy Company 00364 Foot & Body Roller is a great product.
I find out that its shape is the one that makes the difference. It has helped me a lot and I am happy with it.

Anything for the feet is great!
I had previously used a motorized 'circle' foot massager which worked fine, but you had to be careful about the amount of pressure you put down on the massager or it would 'lag'. This is great because your chosen preference for foot pressure upon the massager is what makes it work! The 'tines' feel great against the feet and really stimulate the sore spots. I like it. ")

Great Massager!
When I get home from work I can't wait to sit down and run my aching feet over the rollers to relieve them from the stress of the day. It feels great and helps my feet a lot!

A surprisingly nice find
When I saw the image of this I thought it looks delicate and a tad silly but I bought it none the less. I was very surprised by how well it releaves my foot pain and how sturdy it actually is. A good buy indeed.

Not worth your money at all!
This foot bath will probably give you stress rather than relax your feet. As mentioned by other reviewers, it does not warm water at all. You have to add the warm water. While the product claims to keep said warm water warm for a while, it will get cold within 5 minutes. Honestly, I think the machine cools the water. There are no moving parts, so to use all the attachments you have to move your foot over them. Another problem I've found is the particularly low maximum water level which leaves half my foot out of the foot bath. Even when you don't exceed the max water level line, a lot of the water is thrown out when using the bubbles function. As was also mentioned by other reviewers, the water jets are practically useless. The water is thrown at your ankles and I wouldn't use "jet" as a way to describe it... it is more like a water stream. Obviously, I was disappointed by this product.

One star because ... well, the tub didn't leak.
I understand I'm not going to get the pedicure experience of a salon massage chair at home - certainly not for under $50. I was prepared to not mistake the jets, bubbles, massagers, etc. for a professional pedicurist. I was prepared to fill the bath with hot water and carry it to a comfy chair where my minimal requirements were for the water to move around pleasantly while remaining warm for 20 minutes and perhaps the massaging tools to work somewhat. None of these requirements were met. If there is a heating element, it does not work properly. The water cooled even faster than water in a plain tub because of the bubbling action. Perhaps constantly moving your feet over nobby ribbed tubes of hard plastic that rest directly under the arch of your foot constitutes "massaging rollers" for someone somewhere, but not for me. (The instructions do tell you how to remove the rods which I thought was odd until I realized how uncomfortable they were.) The water did "bubble" just enough to cool the water quickly, but come on - there were never going to be "jets." The loofahs are 1/4" thick circles of what might as well be cheap sponge, and the massage tool in the middle requires you to pull your foot out of the water, hold it over a pronged or molded piece of plastic the size of a half-dollar and press down while wiggling your foot around to simulate a massaging motion. Conair should have to reimburse me for the gas it will take to return this utterly worthless piece of plastic. Save yourself. Save your money. Save your feet. Use a bucket.

Absolutely useless
They have a lot of nerve, selling this as a unit with heat. It was a gift, and I feel bad that my loved one wasted good money on this plastic piece of junk. Meanwhile, my feet hurt.

To call this "massaging" is misleading
Because it really didn't massage my feet at all. sure, it works nicely as a bubbling, vibrating footbath, but that's about it. the jets were so weak that i could barely feel them on my toes.

as for the massage, there are four attachments you can clip into the top, but you have to lift your foot out of the bath and rub it on the back middle part of the machine. doing this doesn't really provide much in the way of a massage, and its awkward and uncomfortable to do.

you can rub your feet along the bottom of the machine against what i assume are meant to be massaging pieces of plastic, but again, not much of a massage. and the plastic pieces pop out repeatedly.

if i had known the massage part was going to be so lame, i would have gone with a cheaper model that just had bubbles, which i recommend that you do if your main purpose is a footbath. if your main use for this product is a foot massage, go elsewhere.

on the plus side, the retractable cord is very useful thus far (two days in).

Jet footbath
It is attractive and does a good job; however, I think some of the features are useless. All the attachments really do a mediocre job at best, but the jets and the massagers on the bottom are really great.
However, it does not do a good job of keeping the water hot.

Very pleased. Shipped fast, worked as advertised, easy to use
I first learned of ion cleansing from my Doctor. Before having an ion cleanse session he took me through a process of detoxification using herbs, some accupuncture, and modifications to my diet. This behind me, I proceeded with four or five ion cleanse sessions over a period of roughly 2 years. In line with a desire to improve overall health and wellness, I decided to include periodic ion cleanses to my regime. A friend suggested the ION CELL SPA, Chi Ionic Detox Foot Bath Aqua Spa Cleanse Machine. I read mixed reviews regarding ion cleanse machines in general and went ahead and purchased it. Megawholesalers shipped my Ion Cleanse the day after I ordered it(faster than expected). The new machine arrived in perfect working order. I used it and noticed results right away with the first 30 minute session. Then I thought, if once a week is good, then three days in a row should be great. Right? WRONG! Made me wonder about people on the internet writing that Ion Cleanse machines do nothing. If it does nothing, then how could overuse cause a reaction? Well, the next day I was fine. A month later, I was with two scientists and two nutritionists. I brought up the Ion Cleanse. They raved about it. I asked why overuse caused a reaction. In short, they had explained it is healthy to use, but overuse depleats the body of necessary ions. So, I was to enjoy it, but not daily. I am glad I purchased mine and plan to use it 2x a week for a few months, then once a month, changing the electrodes after 20-25 sessions. I was pleasantly surprised with this whole experience.

QUESTION
Hi I actually haven't used this ... I want to buy one but I'm confused. This one doesn't show a bath, it looks like a complicated machine. I'm not sure if I should get this one, which seems to have a lot of positive reviews, or one of the simple plastic tubs where you just add salt. Can someone please tell me which is superior and if this one comes with a bath and if it is hard to use? Are there any pros that this one has over the simple tubs???? Thanks!

It was used, never worked, seller did not respond
The product was used (not new) and never worked. I returned it and seller promised to refund shipping. He never refunded anything. Buyer beware, you are not dealing with an honest seller and THE PRODUCT IS WORTHLESS.

Better written instructions would be wonderful
The foot bath looks great in its case and everything looks OK. It seems to me that visual instructions (diagram) and better written verbal instructions are needed. After reading the enclosed pamphlet more than once, I still was not quite certain if I was properly using the machine. I have used it on it default setting and not sure how to switch to the negative charge. There is no explanation of why you would need to switch to a negative charge. I had someone more versed in science tell me that the negative charge is the one that pulls the heavy metals. I assume they were correct.

So Helpful to my health
I've been having A LOT of joint pain & body aches since July. I started using a friends detox machine b/c I couldn't afford to go back to my massage therapist for it. I've always had good results, from helping not be as allergic to poison ivy to not taking sinus medicine every other day. This time it's so I can get out of bed b/c the pain is so bad. I'd go to her house with horrible body aches & leave with most of it gone. I only had time to go once a week but it was a life saver. I told my husbands papaw about it last month & they bought one of these. They were so thrilled to be able to bend over & put their own shoes on instead of helping each other every morning that they bought us one! They have a friend that used theirs, she couldn't walk & now that she's been detoxing she can walk up to a half mile at a time. The directions are the only complaint. I plug in the array (that goes in the water), arm band (in back R hole) & sometimes the waist band (back L hole), turn it on (in back), push ENT & add a little salt till the place that says E= reads between 1.5 & 2.4, the arm band starts stinging a little after a while so I move it up & down my arm during the 30 min. My husband jokes it's all in his head, but he didn't have any pain medicine for his back this wkend & he said his knees didn't hurt when he got out of bed. He did it three days in a row which is the max but it's down wonders for him too. They might say it's all in your head but if you use it not believing it will work, & it does work... :) Besides feeling better everyone uses the water from the same tap & the colors in the water are different, mine came out orange w/black flecks, my husbands is DARK red & black, & my daughters was a little red. When I used my friends the colors I would get varied from week to week depending on what it was working on. That's to answer the skeptics who say the colors are just from a reaction to the minerals/chemicals in the water. If that were so it would be the same for everyone if it's coming out the the same tap in the same afternoon.

heel repair wrap
i've tried a lot of things for my heels. this works. the only issue is the velco can get stuck on ther things pulling them off your feet at night. i just pull on some socks and fix that. the next morning my heels were soft and still moist with the product I used. I didn't use sally hansen product, just stuff I already had.

Heel Repair Wrap
I'm not crazy about the wraps. They tend to come off while sleeping. Maybe using them while watching TV or reading. However, I wouldn't recommend them.

Very comfortable
These are comfortable and not hot, like socks - given that it's summer now and it is way too hot to wear anything like socks on your feet to keep the creams going.

Great Product
I have badly cracked heels and put lotion on my feet at night, but it does get everywhere and I cannot stand to sleep with socks on. I found these at the local drug store and thought for 5 bucks I'd try them. They stay on all night and in the morning I get up wash the pads and hang them to dry By the time I am ready for bed they are dry. These things are so siple but worth every penny!

Love this item, so far so good.
so far so good, i love this footbath just because it actually keeps water "Hot" just like it says, it actually can get too hot if you leave the heat button on. Couldn't be happier especially after buying several footbaths and had to return all of them because the heat didn't work!!!!!

Adeguate for my needs
This product does an adequate job of cleaning your feet and does provide some relief for tired aching feet !

Foot Bath
This is a good product, the second one that I purchased. The first one lasted for about a year. Then the On / Off switch suddenly stopped working. I was satisfied with the product, so I bought another.

Wonderful - hot water and powerful jets!
I received this foot spa as an anniversary gift from my hubby, and I love it! Straight out of the box, I had hot water within 5 minutes, and plenty of bubbles to sooth my soles. :) Was also pleased with how quiet this unit is, allowing me to watch a movie without even increasing the volume.

PROS:
- Not only keeps water hot, but will actually heat it to a comfortable temp and maintain it for as long as you want!
- 2 Powerful jets -- yes, they really are powerful! -- positioned in front of tub, sending bubbles over your toes; jets are adjustable in both direction and intensity
- Quiet operation (could compare to someone using a hair dryer behind a closed door in the next room, or the neighbor mowing their lawn while your windows are shut.)
- Large capacity allows for water to cover ankles; also allows for some movement of feet and/or accomodates larger feet
- Can be used with or without heat feature

Overall, I am extremely pleased with this foot spa. If you're frustrated with cheaper models that only leave you with cold water, wimpy jets, and jet-engine noise, I highly recommend spending a little extra for this product. I will certainly be enjoying mine for a long time!

Does what I need it to do!
I have neuropathy in my feet so they constantly feel cold. There are only two negative things I can say about this item. One is that it's heavy when FULL (because the water level is deep, a plus) so I have my son carry it to the sink to drain. The other is that it recommends you not use oils or salts in the water or the jets could get clogged. I do, however, use non-foaming salts and rinse well when I drain it. So far, no problem.

It warms nicely and then maintains a very warm temp for 30 minutes. If you want more, simply hit the heat button again. I've seen several people comment about the drain plug breaking off and I can see how that might happen if it's forced too tight. There is a rubber gasket so it doesn't take that much force to tighten it...easy does it.

quit working after 5 months
We used it regular ,and it worked fine for about 4 month,but only one side,then it has quit,does not work at all,it comes on,but does not make connection,would like to make a note,I think it should should be replaces,so would like to hear how to replace it,it was suppose to be good for 1 year thanks

Inconsistent
The machine gets really bad connection. Owner of the warehouse is somewhat rude.
Don't expect much from the price you pay. The really good one is close to $700.
It heats up really fast.

I agree that the directions could be much better. However, through trial and error we have gotten it to work, and it works great. We got white diodes instead of black... which shows the toxic stains more. But other than these things we are very happy with it.

waste of $
This is a waste of money, it barely vibrates, you have to add the hot water which becomes cool within 10-15 minutes and you must turn it off every 20 minutes to cool the motor. The infra red heat light is on the top, you roll your foot over it. Waste of money, keep looking for something that feels good and last a long time.

not doing much, too loud
it's quite noisy, considering it doesn't do much except generating some light bubbles. the accessories are confusing, since there is no brochure to explain the function and how to use them, so I just tossed them aside. I felt embarassed to spend close to 30 dollars to get a noisy washing basin.

Not worth your money
This product as others have said, does not heat up. Used it only a handful of times and it stopped working. A waste of money

Does not do what it promises
Box says heat, but it does not heat. Water turns cold fast. Massage and bubbles are worthless. And the thing in the middle with the nodes, I have no idea what those are for. I know what they are suppose to be for, but they don't do anything. This was a $20 bucket. Buy a bucket instead and save money.

Cold Wet Feet, Nothing More
There is only 1 small strip of holes where the bubbles come from, right beneath your feet;
There's no heat and it does not maintain the heat of the water;
The center attachments are just decorative - they do nothing without you having to rub your foot over them;

It's a let down and when you're looking forward to a nice foot massage with heat and bubbles, you end up with cold wet feet!
