Real Goodie
Fits my 3G iPod Touch perfectly and protects it from rattling around and makes it easier to hang on to. In other words it doesn't slip out of your grip easily. Don't leave home without it.

Great Case
This case works great. I am no longer afraid that if I drop my iPod that it is going to break. It fits very well, and you have non restricted access to all of your buttons.It is definitely worth the money.

Outstanding Ipod touch 2G protection
I have been using this speck rubberized case on my iPod touch 2G for over a year. It is outstanding. It has protected against damage from a couple of fumbles. The fit is excellent and clicking the buttons is never a problem. It has held up extremely well (it's almost as good as new), the material improves hand held grip and helps it grip surfaces, so it is unlikely to slide off of things. I coupled this with an elago anti-smudge screen protector and the pair of items has kept my iPod in near-perfect shape after all this time. Another speck product I already owned actually lead me to purchase this one, I am very pleased with their products.
If you are looking for rubber armor to provide outstanding protection for your iPod touch, look no further.

This is the first case you should buy for your iPod Touch, you won't have any regrets.
Stop agonizing over what case to buy for your new $175-$350 iPod Touch. This is the best all-around case you will find anywhere. It will fit a 2nd generation iTouch as well as all of the new 3rd generation(8Gb, 16Gb, 64 Gb) iTouches since they are all EXACTLY the same size. It feels really nice in your hand and the pixel or square pattern on the sides and back let you get a good grip on it. It's rubberized which means its durable, holds its shape, and is still flexible enough to very easily take on and off (again and again) if you want to recharge it in a speaker dock.
*The case wraps around all 4 edges providing good protection.
*The inside of the case is very soft and will not scratch your iPod.
*The bottom of the case has an open slit to allow you to recharge your iPod Touch on your computer using the USB cable that came with you iPod. The headphone jack is also open for easy use. Nothing about the design of the bottom of the case gets in the way of doing this very easily.
*The top of the case overlaps very little of the screen which means the light sensor is not blocked in any way.
*The Home button is covered but there is a slight recess in the cover and a little square to mark where it is.
*The bottom portion of the case and the sides that wrap around the front do not overlap any of the viewable screen and do not in any way interfere with using the keyboard or playing games that I have experienced. Perhaps if your fingers are very big you might have a problem if you need to press something in the extreme lower right and left corners; but this would be a problem with any case that overlaps the lower portion of the case in any way.
*If the iPod is turned face down on a desk, table, or even dropped flat, the screen will not make physical contact with the surface and risk scratches or worse because the case keeps it slightly raised and protected.
*One of the features I really like about these cases is the little nubs which extend very slightly over the Sleep/Wake button and the Volume Rocker. They actually make it easier to adjust the volume than without the case. The volume rocker on the iPod Touch itself has kind of sharp edges and this softens them. The best thing about this feature is that the Sleep/Wake button and Volume Rocker are completely covered and dirt and grime can't work their way into them.
*It comes in a nice variety of colors. Just be aware that the darker colors like the black and the blue can show dust or lint more. I have the blue and really love it, but I'd like a light color like maybe the yellow so that I can more easily see it in a bag/pack filled with lots of other stuff.
*The case is pretty slim, not as minimal as a slider case but slider cases don't offer any real protection for the iPod if it is dropped and many do not have any liners so the back of the iPod can get scratches. Slider cases do look very sleek and only the bottom has to be removed to recharge it in a dock; however, many people have problems removing the bottoms of slider cases, and some don't stay together very good.

In summary, you will not regret purchasing this case for the $11-$13 that they cost. You will feel your expensive iPod is safe when you put it in your purse/backpack/pocket. This case is not going to rip, tear or crack. The only drawbacks I can see, and I feel they are minor compared to the advantages are:
--the case has to be removed to be put in many charging docks. I have one that it fits in with the case but I looked very hard to find it. Removing the case is so easy though, it takes like 2 seconds.
--because the case is rubber and not a smooth plastic, it may not slide as easily into a pants pocket, but at least it won't slip out easily either.
--You do need to buy a screen protector, this case doesn't come with one. But they can be purchased very cheaply($1-$5) right here on Amazon. You don't need the most expensive screen protector out there. Glass doesn't scratch that easily so you just need to have some minimal barrier against some scuffing or in case you accidentally put your keys in the same pocket.
As you can tell I really like this product and know you will too.

Nice protective case
This case installs easy and does a nice job of protecting my iPod touch. The silicon rubber provides a nice non slip surface. The only drawback is that the thickness of the bottom edge prevents the unit from operating in a dock unless the case is removed.

Another Great Reader for Parents and Grandparents
In the late 19th century, historian, scholar, and anthropologist, Andrew Lang, began publishing collections of fairy tales from around the world. The first volume was `The Blue Fairy Book' published in 1887. Lang was not a true ethnologist, like the German Brothers Grimm. He was far more the `translator' than collector of tales from the source, stories transcribed from being told by people to whom the tales were passed down by word of mouth. In fact, many stories in his first volume, such as Rumpelstiltskin; Snow White; Sleeping Beauty; Cinderella; and Hansel and Gretel were translated from Grimm's books of fairy tales. Some of his `fairy tales' were even `copied from relatively recent fantasy fiction, such as A Voyage to Lilliput, the first of the four episodes in Jonathan Swift's Gulliver's Travels.
My inspiration for commenting Lang's series of fairy tale books is for the sheer quantity of tales, the wonderful woodcut illustrations, some few of which may have become almost as popular as the tales (although not quite in the same league as Sir John Tenniel's illustrations for Lewis Carroll's great fantasies), and the fact that I had these when I was young.
With twelve of these books, with between 30 and 36 stories in each book, this gives one about 400 different stories. If I were to recommend anything as standard equipment at a grandparents' house, it would be a complete set of these books.
Needless to say, there are a few `warnings' to accompany books assembled over 100 years ago. You will encounter a fair number of words with which even an adult may be unfamiliar, let alone a five year old. For example, on the second page of The Princess Mayblossom in The Red Fairy Book, a character puts sulfur in a witch's porridge. This requires at least three explanations. What is sulfur, what is porridge, and why is sulfur in porridge such a bad thing. More difficult still is when a prince entered the town on a white horse which `pranced and caracoled to the sound of the trumpets'. In 19th century London, caracoling (making half turns to the right and the left) was probably as common and as well known as `stepping on the gas' is today. But, if you're a grandparent, that's half the fun, explaining new words and ideas to the young-uns.
There is another `danger' which may require just a bit more explanation, although in today's world of crime dramas on TV, I'm not sure that most kids are already totally immune to being shocked by death and dead bodies. In these stories, lots of people and creatures get killed in very unpleasant ways, and lots of very good people and creatures suffer in very unpleasant ways. It's ironic that the critics in Lang's own time felt the stories were 'unreality, brutality, and escapism to be harmful for young readers, while holding that such stories were beneath the serious consideration of those of mature age'. The success of a whole library of Walt Disney feature length cartoons based on these stories is a testament to how well they work with children. But do be warned, Uncle Walt did clean things up a bit. Lang's versions hold back on very little that was ugly and unpleasant in some of these stories.
The down side to the great quantity of stories is that even when some come from very different parts of the world, there is a remarkable amount of overlap in theme, plot, and characters. But by the time you get to another story of a beautiful young girl mistreated by a stepmother, it will have been several month since you read Cinderella or the Little Glass Slipper in The Blue Fairy Book. The other side of the coin is that you can play the game of trying to recall what that other story was with a similar theme.
There is one very big word of caution about buying these books through Amazon or a similar on line outlet. I stopped counting when I got to twelve different editions of The Blue Fairy Book, or a volume including several of these books. Not all of these editions have the original woodcuts and even worse, not all have a table of contents and introduction. The one publisher which has all twelve volumes is by Dover. Other publishers, such as Flying Chipmunk Publishing (yes, that's it's name) also have all the original illustrations, table of contents, and introduction, but I'm not certain that publisher has all twelve volumes. Dover most certainly does, as I just bought all twelve of them from Amazon.
While I suspect these stories may have been `old hat' for quite some time, it may be that with the popularity of Lord of the Rings, the Narnia stories, and the Harry Potter stories, all of which have their share of suffering and death, that these may be in for a revival. Again, the main attraction is that for relatively little money and space, Grammy and Grandad get a great resource for bonding with children.

Love the Fairy Books
My children and I use the Fairy Books series as part of our homeschooling program. We just love them.

Exploring the new and familiar
Andrew Lang's "The Green Fairy Book" is a definite must-have simply because of the variety of the stories. Many are comfortable, familiar, and traditional while others had definite writers and are a little less well-known. It's a great and enjoyable mix of tale titles; however, I was a little dissapointed that too many of the tales were essentially the same. I realize that this happens often in fairy tales, but it's still preferable to keep them out of the same book.

Other than that, this is another fairy tale masterpiece for fans of the Lang collection.

Best case, if it'd fit!!!

I bought this product mainly because of its thin design and non-dust attracting factor.
But yeah, because of misfit I just ended up returning this item to Amazon. Otherwise, I would have given this item a 5-star review. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this to anyone because there can be a chance of it being "too tight".

Great Case, Amazing Feel
This case is great. I ordered it with my new iPod so I could have protection from the get go. Not only does it feel amazing (like velvet) in your hand, it provides the best protection. It is a VERY snug fit and a beautiful design. There is only 1 problem: it does NOT come off very well at all. Which can be a good thing. I will definitely consider buying this case again but in a different color.

1 more thing: Do not buy it for it's screen protector. Just don't.

Pretty but not what we need
My daughter chose this for the color and I for the reviews. However, when we received the case we found that some of our charger cables could not fit through the case for charging. Note that if you are not using the slimmer (I believe apple brand) charging cords, you will have this problem.

Excellent case!
I had originally bought a ifrogz case for my wife's iPhone 3G-S and was impressed by the quality, fit and finish of the case, so when my iPod touch's case broke (the second one to break) I immediately bought a ifrogz case to replace it. It came with a clear screen protector that was very easy to put on (unlike others on the market) - I considered this a bonus since I was only intending to replace the case.
The case itself feels very solid and though quite strong is soft to the touch. I've gone so far as to buy a ifrogz case for my iPad as well.
The only complaint I have is that some accessories (composite cable for video out, car charger adapter) with slightly larger 30-pin connectors do not fit in the cutout at the bottom of the case so I have to take the bottom of the case off in order to use them, which can be a chore since the case fits so snug.
Overall, the case is a winner and will last me much longer than my previous cases.

A great case--until it breaks.
I purchased the iFrogz Luxe Case for my 3g iPod touch in May of 2010. I loved the fit of the case, the included screen protector and the awesome cover. However, after only a few weeks of gentle use (I really baby my gadgets) the case cracked at the bottom near the charging port. The case is nice, but not worth the money since it doesn't hold up well.
