DO NOT BUY THIS AMP
This so called "1000 Watt" amp is huge piece of junk. You can tell how powerful an amp is by looking at the fuse on it and seeing how much power it can actually put through. This amp could barely power 1 10" sub, and the max power at 4 ohms is actually about 50 Watts. Don't be fooled by sneaky manufacturers who lie about the capabilities of amps!

Great for the money
Cost, shipping and quality...all great. So far, very happy with this amp. Make sure to buy an amp install kit.

Great amp for the price..Have it hooked up to a pyramid cap pushing a sony dvc and a fosgate p2 12...Rattles my mirrors and trunk very
well..Its a beast!

Product is great, this is the second one I have purchased. Good product for the money. It shipped fast, and as usual no problems with amazon and there other sellers.

Works great
I have 2 RCA 6x9 with 500w max hooked up to this and it definetly works great. It sounds like one subwoofer. It could improve your system and i would suggest getting the 1600w one for a little bit more money. Just search it and its the same color and everything.

Nice Four Channel Amp
Nice amp. Easy connections. Easy adjustments. A good size for tucking under the seat.
You only get the amp, booklet, rubber inserts & some screws. No wires, no connectors, so don't expect them.
The amp works fantastic after a week. Installation is as easy as you make it. It is long, but isn't thick or wide. Even when the power on wire came loose, it still came on nice & strong. You can pay more for other amps if you want. Keep in mind that this isn't bridgeable. They even say so in the booklet (downloadable from site). It runs cooler than other that I have used.
Adjust your stereo as you want, than change your mind. These turn easily, so you can do it as you sit in the front seat. One thing I don't like, is that there isn't a cover for the connections. I'll have to fabricate something.
The three leads are soldered so you can just heat them to connect, nice job.
Is the whine because the amp? I don't know. I already have one RCA suppressor on each patch cable & now need one to this, sigh, the fun of amps.
Anyhow great unit & a great price. Nice weight to it as well.

I used this amp in my car and it worked great, it gives the extra power that I was looking for and it always works.

Pyle blatantly lies about wattage.
So its a well known fact that most amp makers "fib" about the amount of wattage that is produced by their products. In this, Pyle is no different. This 4 channel amplifier supposedly has 400 watts per channel peak. After reading their own manuals technical specs, I had to put on some waders, because the BS was getting very thick. Their RMS for 4 channels at 4 Ohms is 35w per channel, and 55w per channel at 2 Ohms. I'm willing to bet, that at this amps peak performance, that it would fall well short of 1600 watts. You truly do get what you pay for.

total garbage
There is NO way this amp puts out 1600 watts. I was a car electronics installer for three years and this amp should be rated at 16 watts. My stereo puts out more power without this amp. Don't waste you money on this amp.

trial and error
bought this amp to see what pyle was about. At first it sounded good but after 5 minutes it shut off. I cut the power off and it worked for another 5 min. Amazon sent me a replacement but this one was defective in a different way. One channel sounded great but another barely pushed any sound out. Amazon sent me UPS labels I shipped them both back and got a full refund(thanks Amazon).

Pyle Amp's impress me once again!!!
I have this amp pushing my 6X9's in the back and my 6 1/2" up front and they sound amazing with no problem whatsoever! I have a 1600 watt Pyle 2-channel pushing my sub. I personally think these are excellent amp's for the money! I dont push it real hard like some people might do but I have no concerns if I should ever decide to.

Does its job!
I bought this kit for my 200 watt Infinity Basslink. I installed the Basslink in the very back of my Dodge Durango SUV, I had ample amount of wire for the installation to the battery. Would have been easier if ground wire was maybe a foot longer, but I got it anyhow. The gauge appears to be very close to what they advertise, maybe leaning towards 10 gauge more then 8 though. Id recommend it.

slow shipping and now what is said to be
i bought on monday and still didnt ship till the next monday it took way to long to ship and i am very dissipointed and is totally not 8 gauge i would just go to wallmart and but the cables its a lot easer

This took way to long to get to me. I could have bought these wires at walmart for cheaper and could have gotten them faster. I am not pleased with order.

Not 8 gauge by any stretch, Not Worth 5 Bucks.
I think that they should take the 8 gauge off the ad because it is certainly not. I did not expect much quality for the price but it is not even as they describe and it will only hurt the performance of your amp and system. Pay a little more and get a quality kit. The right wires and fuses will make a world of difference. You get what you pay for and in this case nothing.

You do not get what is pictured
What a rip off, Amazon post a picture of the cable and inline fuse, and even describe it in the description, you only get the short 1 ft inline fuse, no cable as pictured or wrote in the items name.

not too shabby
Not a true 4gauge wire...But it was so cheap, it didnt matter at the end of the day..Thick wire and some gold for 5 bucks, I feel like I robbed u!

Deceiving Picture
Do not be confused by the picture. You are only getting the 1 ft piece with the fuse, not the other package showing the larger cable. I don't know if it's intentional, but if you don't read the details like me, you will be dispointed.

decent amp for the price... cant beat it!
This amp came quick and was easy to set up. It doesn't overheat thanks to its oversized heat sink. I loved the standard bass and treble control screws. The only draw back is the the speaker/power wire were very short,however not a big issue if you have some speaker wire laying around. Over all great amp with decent sound, cant beat it for the price.

Works great!
I bought this amp to go in a 6inch audio pipe for my four wheeler. The amp fits perfectly and it has a decent sound at a really good price. I am very satisfied with the purchase that I made.

Not the best sound quality but worth the Money
This amp does not have the greatest sound quality but it is worth the money. I would recommended this amp if you need some extra power but you are not looking to shell out the money for a expensive amp. I am happy with my purchase.

Faulty Product, Poor Customer Service
The amplifier came to me faulty. I spent two days trying to troubleshoot my knowledge in car audio. I took the amplifier to Drive in auto sound and they told me the amplifier is faulty, even the owners manual said something of that nature in trouble shooting. I contacted the company where they had forwarded me to a generic tech support that is virtually unreachable. I purchased the Jensen 760 amplifier for 30 dollars more and I am very pleased.

Good product
Small but efficient. I'm powering two 120watt 6x8 hifonics speakers with it and the sound is amazing. The treble, bass and gain adjustments work great, it's petit and exactly what I was looking for @ a price you can't beat.

Plye 2000 watt amp
This Amp is amazing seriously. im pushing 3 twelves and it doesn't even as much heats up. each speaker is 800 watts dual voice coil and I have a second bottle/capacitor. I highly recommend this product to everyone. Trust me, I bought many and this one did the job.

Pyle amp review
im running a couple 10" jl w1v2's off of it. first day ive had it, so far so good...sounds great. i give it five stars because i got it for 65 after shipping and handling, great deal. but fyi its not the white amp in the pic above.im working on uploading some pics. also very versitaile (sorry if i butchered the spelling) as far as options go for different systems. comes with mail in one year warrenty.

i also bridged it to run 2000w x1 running a lanzar 15 and it pounds. definately enough bang for your buck.

i would recommend getting one. a very good deal for the money

Don't do it
Purchased this item to power an 8" MTX Blue Thunder sub. Hooked everything up, powered on the car, walked back to the trunk to admire my work, aaannnnnnnd POOOOF. She smoked and blew out. Good thing it only cost me $30. You get what you pay for, although i waaaaas hoping that it would work for more than 10 seconds.

Works Great
This amp works well, though I am not using it for automotive applications. I am using this amp to power 2x120W outdoor speakers and the volume level is more than sufficient even at the lowest gain setting. Don't overlook car audio amps for basic home audio applications-- just take the switching power supply from an old computer for the 12V supply.

Budget amp
Did not put out as much power as I expected for 240 watts, but for the price I really can't complain. Was easy to install and I don't get any interference whatsoever.
