Athletic Mom Loving It!
I never thought I'd have issues with my feet at 34yrs of age. I've only been using the bunion aid for a couple of months, but so far I LOVE IT! I don't have too much pain from my bunion yet but I can see my big toe turning in towards my other toes, causing my right foot to get "wider". Being that I'm a marathon runner and soccer player, I do not want surgery but I do want to remain as pain free as possible during and after any athletic activities. I wear my bunion aid every night. Its so comfortable I don't even notice it. (During the day, I wear a gel insert between my big toe and second toe, which helps a little but I LOVE how the bunion aid "pulls" my big toe away from the others.) I'm going to order another one for my left foot in hopes to prevent a bunion on that foot. I'm prone to have horrible bunions since I have my grandma's feet...which I must say look quite uncomfortable & not too cute at the age of 85. I highly recommend this product and have recommended it to others I know. Go Bunion Aid!!

Slider
This bunion aid seems to work well as long as you aren't walking around. I wore it at night and showed improvement, however it tends to slide out of place even then. If you can manage to keep it in place, it works; however, that is the trick. Good luck.

I feel ripped off :/
Maybe my bunions are just not as severe as all the other reviewers here but this does absolutely nothing for me. I've wore it for 3 nights so far and all it does is make me feel like I'm losing blood circulation to my feet. Not only does it do nothing, but the instructions for it were so confusing I had a lot of trouble figuring out just how to put it on! And for $50??? Man I wish I had gone with the cheaper one because then I wouldn't feel so bad to have wasted so much money! Ugh sorry but if your bunions only "hurt" when you wear tight shoes, then this isn't going to do anything for you. If you get bunion pain from tight shoes, do what I do, and wear some wide sneakers. At least it'll save you $50!

I am Impressed!
My foot was very comfortable in this. I can not believe that I can go to the bathroom at night without having to remove the support. Very nice. I am happy with this purchase. Worth the money.

Excellent Product!
It has been 2 weeks that I've had the Bunion Aid and my bunions don't hurt anymore. Isn't that amazing?! Just two weeks! I wear it a few hours a day or night, alternating feet. I'm just 21 and I have moderate bunions, the big toe on my right foot presses into the second toe, and many shoes I can't wear because of the width where the bone presses out. =(

After working a double as a waiter, my feet were killing me. They had never hurt so badly. I had to call out of work to lay in bed all day after that double. Better Bunion
I use the bunion regulator on my right foot and it has helped me a lot. It won't put your bunion back in place or anything like that but it's a great pain relief after a long day at work, specially if you wear high heels. You can't walk with it so I use it when I go to bed and sleep with it. You have to make your toe get use to it so you'll have to adjust it gradually so you feel comfortable wearing it. I have tried different things for my bunions but this is so far what had the best effect. I don't want to have surgery so this is great and really separates your big toe from the rest of your toes and keeps it straight all night so when you wake up in the morning it feels much better... I just wish once you take it off my big toe would stay straight and not go back to its place but oh well.. nothing we can do here. Another thing that I noticed made my bunion better is that I lost some weight and am not sure if it really has something to do but my feet are better now maybe becuase they are not as swollen and fit better in my shoes. So this and using the bunion regulator have been a great thing on my bunion! Highly recommended!

It works!
My foot pain began in February. It was most severe when I was doing push-ups and the plank as these exercises flex your toes. Snowboarding on my toe edge exasperated the pain. I knew I had a chronic problem when the pain persisted beyond my toes being flexed. My pain was so bad it hurt to put any weight at all on the ball of my foot. I wanted to avoid surgery so I purchased this as well as the Wheaton Bunion Brace, HealthyToes Toe Stretchers, and silicone toe spacers. The Wheaton brace cut off circulation to my big toe and could only be worn for a few minutes. The silicone toe spacers didn't stay put. The toe stretchers made my feet feel wonderful, but can only be worn for short periods of time and are tricky to walk in. This night splint is now the only consistent tool I've used. I put it on just as I go to bed and take it off in the morning. I have it set very loosely. This way my toenail isn't being squeezed against the side of my toe (which is an unpleasant thing to wake up to). I've been using this splint every night for a month now and the pain is barely noticeable. I'm hoping I'll be totally pain free by snowboard season. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the material is pretty cheap and was probably manufactured for about 2 cents. But, it's a lot less expensive than surgery!

Works as advertised
I've been using the Bunion Regulator for about a month. It works as advertised. One has to get used to the feel of the thing. I have a 9-D size foot, and for a device designed to fit several foot sizes, it is reasonably comfortable, yet not a 'perfect' fit. I've found that I can sleep with it on. My bunion seems to be a bit less painful now that I wear the regulator nightly - this is good. I'd give it a five star but for its somewhat sloppy fit; and the price. This thing is made of of parts that cannot cost more than about a dollar or two. It would be better priced at $12.95. But do get one and try it; it certainly does pull one's big toe into proper alignment.

Works well, light weight!
I don't have pain anymore after only a couple of months! I don't wear it every night anymore, but I do wear it occasionally if I have pain. Highly recommend. I started with severe pain, and this kept me from having to have surgery!

What a pain in the foot...:-(
What can I say these did not relieve any pain...for real relief stick to the soft gummy toe inserts that adjust to your foot shape a bit...these cause more pain than they relieve...

Smaller than expected
These toe spacers were smaller than I expected, but they are still slightly wider than those viscose gel ones. Occasionally, I get some friction from the plastic edges, but it's not too much of a problem.

Foot Therapy
Will solve foot pain due to bunnions. I wear these during sleep protected in place with a sock and the pain in my feet have disappeared.

stiff and uncomfortable
These are made out of a fairly hard material that hurts my toes and feet when worn. I am wearing them for short periods at a time in the hope they will soften up over time. Then they will be very effective. -- Update a month later shows that this didn't work, because the stiff edges still cut into my toes. Maybe I should put them in the dishwasher for a month, and see if that softens them up. I will probably have to discard them, and change my rating to one star.

My poor feet found these happy friends
Separately I bought two pairs of these bunion relievers. I'm in my uniform shoes 9 hours a day, tried some other bunion relievers, unfortunately they were too small and too soft. These Pedix helpers work great for me.

What you see is NOT what you get!
For this product, they don't have a picture of the actual product itself, only of the box. So you're pretty much basing your purchase on the picture - such as it is - that is on the box, correct? Now if you look closely at that picture, it looks identical in every way to the "FootSmart Bunion Regulator Night Splint" (FootSmart Bunion Regulator Night Splint). Go ahead, have a look, see what I mean. When the product arrived, the box looks exactly like what is pictured on Amazon. The product that is IN the box is not like the Foot Smart version. It looks a heck of a lot more like the "Pedifix Nighttime Bunion Regulator" (Pedifix Bunion Regulator Relieves and Soothes Painful Bunions, Right - Medium). The strap that goes across the bunion area is NOT adjustable (as it is in the picture on the box). The toe cradle does not have the hole in it for breathability (as it does in the picture on the box). It is made of a hard, inflexible plastic and the "foot" shape looks like it's designed for a MUCH thicker foot than mine (guess that's the problem with one size fits all). Overall, disappointing. What is IN the box is not the same as what's pictured ON the box. That is a WTF? if I've ever seen one! If you're looking for something with more adjustability, steer clear of this and go with the Foot Smart version. On the plus side, you do get 2 pairs - 4 braces total - for the price, so if you're okay with the Pedifix version, this is quite a deal. But that wasn't what I wanted so I'll be sending this back.

disappointed
When I purchased these, I knew they were for night time use only and couldn't walk around in them, BUT...I did not expect the hard plastic on both sides. No trips to the bathroom in these. I returned them.

Interesting..but not for all of my shoes
The Bunion guard created a tight fit for my day to day shoes (heels) that I wear to work so didn't help much. Is a smart investment if someone wears sneakers throughout the day. Works really well in boots or shoes that are fairly wide.

Real Relief!
These are great! Help protect and soothe bunions. Doctor recommended them. Not too expensive and seem to last pretty long -- though not forever. Fit comfortably in most of my shoes. Gel releases mineral oil to soothe skin. Super product from pedifix!

bunion Nightsplint
I have used mine off and on for years. It has kept me from having surgery for the pain. It did take me awhile to get use to. I now use it every night, as I am getting older and find that i have pain in my toe joint if I do not wear it.

So far so good
Unlike its biggest competitor, the FootSmart bunion regulator that looks similar, but is white and blue, this only adjusts in one place. Other than that this is a far superior item. The plastic is thicker and more study. The other dug into my foot with the edge. I can only wear these for a few hours, I put it on fairly tight, but it makes a huge difference in my foot pain the next day and for a couple of days after if I forget to put it on the next night or two.

didn't care for it
well, I have two of these and they end up waking me up at night for discomfort. maybe its the stress on the toe be forced to a different position, but I can't sacrifice sleep at this expense. it is not designed to walk in.

Using post-surgery
I am three weeks out of bunion surgery (stitches out) and needed the support to keep my big toe in place while healing. I wasn't happy with the usual gel toe spacer because it was pushing toe #2 over. I was surprised how easy this is to sleep in; quite comfortable. (but granted, I've just come out of stitches and bandages, so anything might seem comfy right now). I can see where the space between toe #1 and #2 is maintained during the night. I just wish I could wear it during the day as well! I wear a size 7 1/2 shoe and purchased the size small; it fits just right.

Great
I use these regulators every night. It has kept my bunion from advancing like it had been. I am much more comfortable with it on. Of course- you should not walk in it and because it is made of plastic, it is very easy for my pupply to destroy- The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star, is I can't find replacement parts.

Be sure you need these before buying
Didn't fine these helpful, and that could be due to not really needing them (yet). If you have toes rubbing against each other due to a severe bunion, they may be called for, though I cannot be sure of that. In my case, the toes are still fairly well aligned, so these were just uncomfortable without reason. Will save them for later...

A Comfy Toe Spacer
This is a comfortable, clean way to help align toes. Because this particular model is quite thick, you may find its primary application is as a spacer for your big toe. I've used mine for weeks now. I wash and dry them each day and have found them to be durable.

Great product, I only wish was a little bigger
It is one of the best toe spacers in the market, super comfortable and the shape is perfect, stays in place and I almost won't notice it's there. I even wear with sockless shoes.
I just only wish was a little bigger because my toes gap is quite big and I think this was design with people with more rounded toes in mind...

Soft Gel Spacers work well

What a relief!!!!
Even though they look a little strange.....If you have foot pain, you need to try them. I felt relief the very next day....

Awkward fit but definitely stretch out your toes.
I ordered these to help passively relieve some chronic foot aching (I have flat feet and a history of knee problems, so I'm willing to try pretty much everything). Saw these and read the mostly positive reviews and figured they were worth a shot.

Here's the deal.

They DO stretch your toes. Once you get them on an situated (ladies, it's a lot like wrangling on those little pedicure foam spacers) they do a good job of spacing out your aching metatarsals.

However, I made the mistake of falling asleep with them on. I knew they were snug after wearing them, but I didn't know how snug. By the time I woke up a few hours later (it was a nap, not a full night's sleep) they were digging into my foot around the toes. I was not expecting this AT ALL. It was painful.

You should know that I ordered a small/medium because I have a small, narrow foot (size 6 womens). They were snug, and apparently too tight after some extended use.

To sum: they stretch your toes. BUT these run considerably small. I don't know how much bigger the large would have been - maybe it would have been too big - but the small/medium isn't cutting it for my size 6 feet.

Feet feel much better!
These socks greatly helped my plantar faciitis. The stretch helps greatly. Adjustable and easy solution to sore feet.

Toe Socks
I have the start of a bunion and decided to see if these socks would help to eliminate the pain of being on my feet all day when working in the retail business. To my surprise they do a great job, however, I feel that the separators are a little thick to have between all my toes. I cut the last 2 separators off and have the ones for my big toe and 1st toe. When I am home I wear them..Works great..would definitely recommend this product.

nice sox
The socks are doing a great job of helping my toes be more flexible. I can wear them in bed comfortably. My only concern is the cheap stitching on the inside. I expect it to come out soon.
