first of all, probably the nicest customer service ever.the product, like everyone else has said, works great, just as advertised. no complaints here.

DONT BUY AMAZON UNIQUE SUPPLAMENTS.
Those of use who have battled our weight for years know its a desperate fight. Im sad to report that this company is taking advantage of all of our desperation for help.
I work out 4 times a week and consistently keep my caloric level at 1500. I saw no increase in speed of weight loss this product with percent body fat or overall weight.

Ill be honest, i saw the 5 star reviews and jumped on this product. the problem is the reviews are fake. most are from people who only reviewed one product, or reviewed a couple of products once on the same day. (there trying to be tricky)
i really hope amazon changes their verification in using the review system, because i am seeing more and more fake reviews in products sold on amazon.
The best rule of thumb i can come up with is if the product is ONLY offered on amazon.com (or company website).. chances are the small company will fake their reviews on amazon considering its their only source to rob people.
This is especially bad in supplements since anybody in their garage can sell supplements on amazon.
life smart brand dosent even have a web page, my guess is its a some guy laughing at how much money hes made selling colored powder on amazon.

EXCELLENT REVIEW
I have been using this product for a month now and am very pleased. My energy level and digestion problems have noticably improved. I did not buy this product for weight loss and have not made any effort to loose weight so I cannot say it works for this, however if digestion improves I have to believe with a little effort it could be a great addition to any weight loss attempt. very nice
I have a burn out job that really wipes me out. Being a truck driver is harder than people think. My girlfriend uses this product and let me share it with her. Now we both use it. I have more energy and am starting to lose weight. I am about 55 pounds overweight so my goal is to lose at least half of that over the next year. So far, I have lost 7 pounds. I am trying to eat better also, bringing more things instead of eating on the road so much.

Love acai juice extreem
I was skeptical about acai after buying a product last year that didnt work but my girlfriend recommended this one. Once I got the spelling right, I found it here. I bought the single bottle and really loved it. I was suprised that Acai really works for me. I think some people might be exceptions but I know a lot of people who seem to really like it. Better than the Doctor
I purchased this book hoping to get help with the HCG diet. This book was just the ticket. It leaves no question unanswered. It covers everything from dosage to types of syrum to what and what not to eat. It was a better source that the Doctor at the diet center. I am still using it now that I am done with the diet. It really helps you keep on track and stay at your goal weight. I highly reccomend this book if you are even considering the diet.

Extremely Helpful
I am extremely pleased with this book. It was easy to read, detailed and pratical. It helped to make sense between what my chiropractor was telling me and the extremes of Kevin Trudeau's program. I recommend this to everyone who is investigating or on an HCG diet....I am bringing it to my Chiropractors staff to review as well as they were not able to answer many of my questions that Linda adressed in her book.

hard diet to follow
I tried this diet for two plus weeks. It is a very hard diet to follow with it only being 500 calories a day. I was hungry for most of the days so went off it onto a metabolism diet on which I am doing well. I was severely constipated the whole time I was on the diet, which I have a problem with, anyway. Maybe someone else could do better on it than I did! I did lose 9 lbs the first week, but just didn't feel well while being on it.

Product arrived just fine, but doesn't work
I have no complaints about the seller, but I'm very disappointed in the product. I bought it because it had so many positive reviews, but it did not help my weight loss at all. As a matter of fact, now that I've finished the third bottle, I've actually GAINED five pounds, instead of losing any of the twenty five I'd hoped to shed. I am on a diet and about a month ago I started the "Couch to 5K" running program, so I considered that perhaps I've gained muscle - but I am no slimmer.

Very, very disappointed. I felt no difference, even after getting desperate and doubling the dosage in the final month.

Good product
I have been using this product for about four weeks, and have lost 20 pounds. Of course, that comes with cutting out all carbs and sugar. It seems to have really helped to target my "problem" areas, and the weight is just coming off.

Im looking forward to losing the weight
My mother in law did the drops and lost about 28 lbs in 40 days. She did not complain about hunger and she had energy. My husband and I will start at the end of January and I can't wait. She got her drops off of Amazon too.

It works..
I have studied and read everywhere/everything on this hcg thing for two months now and am a believer. Am starting January 1.......ordered it online but am going to Mexico this weekend to see if it can be bought there. Dr. Simeon is RIGHT ON, like Judge Judy says "if it makes sense, it is so; if it doesn't make sense, it ain't so". This makes sense. Common sense ain't so common, though. What CD
I read the reviews so I ordered the book. The most important part of this is listening to the CD. So I quickly read the book and grabbed the CD and placed it in my player. The player didn't even recognize a track. So I asked to return it. Amazon was great...got a replacement within a couple of days. Took out the CD, placed it in the player. It had SOUND. Keep in mind it's hypnotic...at least it was until a clicking sound emanated from the player. That's very distracting for a hypnotic CD. Undaunted, I continued and then the sound got softer and softer. Had to get up and turn up the volume. Then for a brief period, the track played over itself. Nothing like hearing two Paul McKennas. That stopped and I continued to listen...that is until it just stopped playing. Oh the CD was whirring around, I could hear that...just couldn't hear McKenna. Tried another CD on the player and it worked. Then tried this CD on my PC. Didn't hear the clicking sound...did get very faint...thought I was going deaf, and then in the same spot as before McKenna's voice disappeared...the CD was still revolving on the PC...just no McKenna. I'm going to try a book store tomorrow and will insist they let me hear the CD before purchase. Apparently 165 folks out there have purchased this. I haven't read all of the reviews, but don't think the ratings would have been as high if others had this problem. If you get this check the CD right away.

Surprisingly Wonderful!
Okay, so I'm probably one of many who was skeptical before reading this book and listening to the cd. I have to say the book was absolutely inspiring. Yes, there were probably many things presented in the book that have been seen elsewhere, but that doesn't matter. What matters is how Paul McKenna inspired me for the first time to actually attempt to love myself; to not berate the image I see in the mirror. The inspirational stories (with pics) in the book were fantastic. I thought if these people can do this then I KNOW I can! The main draw that makes this different is that first McKenna gets into your subconscious, which for me it finally dawned on me that there has to be something going on in my mind. You see I have been on diets before like everyone else and of course the weight loss didn't last. Just recently, it felt as though my mind was being overtaken and I had no control over whether I ate or not. No, I'm not crazy or possessed. I just had the urge to eat food whenever I was stressed, bored, had free time etc. It was so annoying! Plus, after dieting I was completely obsessed with food. It was depressing just thinking about having to count calories again or points or order Nutri System etc. I found what I really wanted was to be free of my mind's fixation on food! Reading the book set the tone and listening to the cd just hit it out of the park! (IMO he has a very sexy voice; deep and gravely at times, which makes it all the better for me, lol!) For the first time ever I am able to not eat mindlessly! Just last night I was stressed out. I didn't even go in the pantry looking for anything. Instead I decided to troubleshoot what was bothering me. It was FANTASTIC! I put on a relaxing nature sounds cd and was able to go to sleep without even thinking about food! It's so amazing that after having only listened to the cd for 2 solid weeks I literally forget about eating until I'm hungry again. And then when I'm hungry I'm all giddy because I can eat WHATEVER I want as long as I savor it, eat slowly and stop when I'm full! I've lost 5.5 lbs. so far! I've also begun exercising again. I feel like I have a new lease on a more enjoyable life! Thanks Paul McKenna!

Truly amazing
In my opinion, Paul McKenna's system is amazingly simple and simply amazing. It's intuitive, really--but I guess that's how far I've gotten away from listening to my body.

The only reason I bought this book was because of the reviews here on Amazon. Otherwise I would most certainly have passed it by because I am not into gurus of any kind. I'm so glad all the reviews were here to help me past my prejudice.

I love the book and the system. In addition to the system itself, the book is full of information and mental exercises that are really helpful to me. I haven't used the cd yet and I'm not sure I will--I'm getting so much out of the book itself.

I've tried for years, with diet and exercise, to get rid of some fat around my gut. I know it sounds unbelievable, but I'm more than half way there in losing the weight and I've been using the system and other info in the book for about a month.

The only way the system won't work is if you don't do it.

Thinner and Happier
Be sure to get the book with the CD. The CD really makes a difference. I've been listening for a month and hve seen a change in my attitude about food and exercise. I'm walking more and eating less. Don't know or care if I've lost weight...I put away the scales based on the McKenna suggestion and haven't looked back. The techniques seem whacky at first, but they seem to work, so give it a try before you write it off!

Soooo, what's new?
Losing weight is not complicated and no one really needs a book to tell them what they already know...what I already know. However, I find myself always looking for the "easy way out", and there simply is none. Stop eating so much sugar, fat and carbs and get yourself moving. Lower your portions, park your car farther away instead of close, find lower calorie substitutions for your sweet tooth or "salty snacks"............I do "fudge cycles", 100 calories, for my ice cream craving. I do "light popcorn" for my salt snack. You need to find your subs and add lots of berries and fruit to your snacking. Get moving and stop eating so much....it's a no brainer!

There is no magic pill but this is nice
Lets face it, as we get older, we just cant eat like crazy anymore and not gain weight. I like this product a lot but I still have to eat smart and be active. I think if you are honest with your self on not eating the wrong foods, and moderate, then you will have some nice success too, like I am. Its a nice safe product that doesnt come from Asia. there is a lot of stuff from asia out there that can cause liver damage and other stuff so buy American if you care about your health.

Alli works GREAT, but I'm not so sure of Amazon's supplier...
I first bought Alli a year ago from Amazon and it worked great!! You do get all of the embarrassing side effects with it, but if you're like me and have a really hard time losing weight, even while watching what you eat and doing some exercises, then it's worth it. Now, I can't say that I was religious about watching what I ate or exercising, but just being moderate with what I did, I lost almost 25 lbs. in about 6 months. I did hit plateaus along the way and they became more and more frequent towards the end of the six months. By the time I got to the end of the 6 months, the Alli quit working all together. Fortunately for me, I don't really gain any weight (or lose for that matter) unless there's something causing it.

Now, onto my reason for giving this 3 stars...it's mostly because of Amazon. I began to suspect that Amazon might be buying from a supplier that wasn't supplying genuine Alli, because it just quit working. I even decided to take a couple months off of it and make sure it wasn't my body reacting to it poorly or something like that, and tried the Alli again. It still didn't work. I then decided to go to Alli's official website and look up their list of authorized retailers and Amazon is not on that list. So, to keep my experiment going, I decided to buy the Alli from Walmart, even though Amazon is cheaper, and see if it worked for me. I've been back on the Alli for 2 days now and it's starting to work again. This for me, confirms that Amazon is selling bad batches of Alli.

So, I give Alli 5 stars, but I would honestly recommend buying for an a retailer listed on Alli's website. I guess if the Alli from Amazon works for you, then great! But if it quits working, try it from somewhere else first before assuming it doesn't work.

Works with NO change to diet and exercise
I started taking Alli a month before I was supposed to leave for vacation. I did have the oily discharge, but only when I went to the bathroom. Only once did I have it when I passed gas. I DIDN'T CHANGE MY DIET, NOR MY EXERCISE ROUTINE. I lost about 10 pounds with Alli that month. I did not take the pill while I was on vacation and the oily discharge stopped two days after I had taken my last pill. I love this pill and have recommended it to my friends who are looking for something to help them drop a few pounds.

I purchased Alli from Amazon and have been on it for almost 2 weeks. I am following the recommended calorie and fat guidelines and have lost 5 pounds. Side effects have been minimal and only when I eat high fat foods. I love Alli because it makes me think about what I eat as to avoid the unpleasant side effects.

If it sounds too good to be true . . .
This book was a big disappointment. First, in order to lose lots of weight one must take an injection that is not legally approved for weight loss in this country. One would need to find a doctor, who would prescribe it and learn how to give oneself the injections. Then eat 1 oz. of lean chicken or specified fish and and a handful of lettuce a few times a day. Well, everyone knows that if you can stay on this kind of diet you will lose weight. Duh!!! I should have know that anything that sounds too good to be true is probably a joke.

The weight loss he STILL doesn't want you to know about
I got this book in excitement of learning some natural ways to lose weight and keep it off. As I started resading I realized the Author basically repeats the same things over and over telling you you will lose weight but not how. Not till like the last 12 pages or so does he tell you what to do but not how to do it. Then the list is so great it would take alot of money, time to research and hours devoted to it, that it's not worth it. I gleened a few things i knew would be good for me but over all the book is just a redundant "you can do it" infomercial.

Great Suppliment
I was skeptical about the claims of energy but I was wrong. I can honestly tell the difference when I don't take this. It is not a caffeine type energy either. I just feel more energetic all day. I take mine at 4:00 am each day and feel more energy all through my day. The capsules are on the large size so If swallowing pills is hard for you be aware. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and will purchase again.

Not Bad
I have had other "belly burner belts" so this one is not that different. The only thing I find on this one that is different is the velcro area. The velcro area where the belt meets is bigger and easier to attach.
