Q. Why are your prices so low?
We are an internet based company meaning we have very low overheads. We do not have high street shops. Therefore, we save on shop set up costs and larger overheads. We also buy memory products in bulk so we can buy at lower prices. We then pass these savings onto our customers.
 
Q. Can I collect an item from you?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up service. All orders placed via the website will be shipped via the selected postal method.

 
Q. Can you provide next day delivery?
Yes, as long as you order before 4PM on weekdays we can get your order delivered to you the next day. You will need to select Special Delivery on the checkout pages to guarantee next day delivery. If you are placing an order on a Friday, you will need to select the Special Delivery (Saturday Guarantee) option. Please note we cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday.
 
Q. My order hasn't arrived.
Most of the UK orders will arrive with the customer within 1-3 working days of placing the order. Sometimes an order can take slightly longer than this. If an order has not arrived after 7 working days please contact us and we will make an enquiry with the Royal Mail to see if we can locate it for you. If the item still cannot be found after this then we may be able to get the goods re-sent. We would only do this after we have made every effort into locating the original parcel.
 
Q. Where is my remaining order? Only part of my order has arrived.
If you have ordered multiple items please be advised that they may not be packaged together, Therefore, you may not receive all of your items at the same time.
 
Q. I have received damaged / faulty items
All items dispatched will be securely packaged. If in case item arrives damaged, please contact customer services within 7 days of delivery. Replacement will be sent to you. Items not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorised for replacement.
 
Q. My item has developed a fault. Can I return it to you?
As long as your item is still inside the timeframe outlined in the warranty, should a product ever fail to operate simply notify us in and return it in its original packaging and condition. We will then test the item for faults and if confirmed faulty, We will exchange it for new or replace it with a model of equal or higher value or credit the invoice price at our discretion. If you are returning a faulty item to us, please enclose your order number and a letter outlining the problems encountered. If you are returning memory items, please also include details about the make and model of the device that you were using the memory card in. *We will not be able to process any returned item unless you include your order number with the item.
 
Q. I have received the wrong product
You must notify us within seven days from the day you receive the item. The goods remain your responsibility until we have received them.
 
Q. I ordered wrong item. Can I return it to you?
If you have purchased an item in error, it can be returned to us within 7 days as long as the packaging is unopened. There will be partial refund if for memory cards that have been opened. If you would like to return an item to us, we will process a refund for the price paid back onto your payment card. Postage and packing may not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. Unwanted items or orders placed in error can also be returned to us but there will be an administration fee for if the packaging has been opened. A returns form must also be completed and returned with the product. All refunds will be refunded directly onto the card with which the purchase was made.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as UK debit cards such as maestro, switch or delta
 
Q. How secure is buying over the web?
If you are a UK resident using a UK issued card for a transaction over £100 you are automatically protected by section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974. This means that if a trader fraudulently charges your card for something that you did not order, and then the credit card company are equally liable for the debt. In practice putting your card details into a secure web site is much safer than giving them over an unsecured telephone line.

Q. When do you take payment for my order?
A reserve is placed on your card by the bank as soon as you make payment, for the full amount of the order.
 
Q. Is your payment processing secure?
The page in which you enter your credit card is stored on our payment gateway providers web site, this page is protected by 128-bit encryption. It is perfectly safe to enter your details on this page. You should always check whether the yellow padlock appears at the bottom/right hand side of your browser.
We do not store or see your credit card details, we just receive card authorization. Payment processing is done by our payment processing gateways are 100% safe and secure.
After you select any of the packages, you will be taken to a payment screen.
Making payment by Paypal -
Click on Paypal logo to proceed. There are 2 options on next screen

Please choose the option 'checkout' and the click on the button 'secure checkout' Then you will be taken to next screen where address and then card details are required. Checkout with Paypal is an option for the users who are registered members of Paypal. Select 'Checkout with Paypal if you are not registered with Paypal
We accept credit cards - Visa, MasterCard. We accept debit cards as well. So you can also use Switch, Solo, Delta cards Please make sure you use correct card holder's name, address and country.

Payment notification
You will be notified by email, as soon as your card payment is successful.

Refunds
All refunds will be refunded directly onto the card with which the purchase was made.
