Great product!
I've used this moisturizer for many years and I just love it. I tend to break out easily but have never had a problem with this cream. And there's no doubt the glycolic acid works to smooth skin damage from age and the sun. I've had many people comment over the years about how smooth and youthful my skin is. Now, at 50, I'm getting REALLY grateful for that!

The only moisturizer for oily skin!
This is the ONLY moisturizer I have ever been able to use that has not caused breakouts. I put it on before going to bed, and it has improved the condition of my skin. I am so glad a friend recommended it and I tried it.

So-So
This cream didn't break me out, but it didn't clear my acne either. It didn't make my skin spectacularly smooth, but it didn't rough it up either. It didn't clear up any of my old spots, so I'm not blown away by this product, considering the price.

Not effective for thick, chronic hair
I am Mediterranean and have thick hair. I tried this to see if it would be an effective alternative to shaving or waxing -- it's not. I followed the directions to the "T," and I got a slight burning sensation on my skin and all my hair completely unchanged. If this sounds like you, you may wanna stick to waxing.

Also, although I did receive the product on time, it is NOT a "package of 3." They really, really need to change the byline.

very pleased
This bleach works very well. My skin isn't particularly sensitive, but it did get a little red after using the bleach. The redness lasted for most of that day. By the next day it was gone and there was no lasting redness or dryness. I would recommend this.

Works Great for Me
This works great for me. The only thing I noticed is that it loses it's effect after a few months and I need to buy a new one, so I never actually finished a whole tube.

I was skeptical after reading some reviews that said the individuals had experienced a lot of redness, pain, and bumps. I have sensitive skin, so I was worried I would get bumps and that it would burn alot. However, it really worked great! No bumps, and minimal pain. I left it on for longer than you are supposed to and I couldn't even feel it, but all the fuzz is gone! It smells good too. Definitely recommend.

Every skin is different
I have rosacea that requires antibiotic medication to control. My skin reacts to almost everything. This is the only depilatory I can use now. I don't use the "hair stop" cream that comes with the depilatory because I know I am sensitive to one of the ingredients. That cream burns my skin. Read the labels and follow directions, folks. Ask your dermatologist for a recommendation. I bet she says Surgi-Cream. I have fine textured hair and this product takes the full eight minutes to give me a good result, so I suggest the regular version for those who say they didn't get complete hair removal.

I wasn't impressed with this product at all. For me, my skin burned after I used it and the hair was still there.

Horrible Just Horrible

Gentle? I think not..like some one said before it left red blotchy spots. and the soothe cream made it feel worse by the way i didnt leave it on longer that suppose to ive done this once before and NEVeR again will that happen.
on to the Soothe Cream with Hair Stop..is that a joke? I believe it made my hair grow. when I using Nair I was only doing this once a month but with the Surgi its 2 or 3 times a month.
I gave this product a good 2 months before I finally ditched it cause i thought maybe it took a while to really work. In my opinion this product just plain sucks and i would never buy it again. But hey it may work better for you.

It works, you just need to use enough of it...
I've used this product twice. It was recommended by a friend who has been using it for years. She has sensitive skin and buys the extra gentle formula. I don't have sensitive skin, but decided to try the extra gentle formula, too. I'm glad I did. The first time I used it, it left a small, sunburn type spot.

What I've learned from the two times I've used this product:
~Only for use on face; don't use near your eyes or on your eyebrows
~Do not use on irritated skin
~Read all the precautions before beginning
~Do a test area the first time you use this
~Dampen your skin first
~Use your fingertips and apply thickly at skin level; I try to dab it on thickly
~Don't rub it in
~Remove any Surgi-Cream that gets on your lips with a damp cloth
~Do not leave it on longer than 8 minutes
~You will probably need to use this every 10-14 days

This product feels very uncomfortable to me during the 4-8 minutes it's working. If you don't apply it thickly enough at skin level it won't work. Be sure to use the included Surgi-Soothe Cream when you're finished. I tried the applicator but found it easier to use my fingers. My skin might've been a little irritated the first time I used this..the results were a sunburn looking red spot that finally faded after 9 days. Each time I've used this, the area above my lip has felt like it's sunburned for at least 3 hours afterward. It doesn't hurt to touch it; it's not red; but feels like it's been burned. Remember, I don't have sensitive skin.

Surgi-Cream works, just be sure to read the brochure carefully, including the precautions, and follow the instructions.

Used as directed with no results whatsoever
I followed instructions. Started with makeup and moisturizer-free face. Lightly dampened my skin. Left on for 8 minutes, though the bad smell mixed with heavy fragrance nearly made me vomit. Removed with applicator (de-applicator, I guess) and NO HAIR HAD BEEN REMOVED. My face was sensitive for a few hours after and I had a blotchy red spot or two for a day. But it did not remove any hair above my lip, as far as I could tell. Back to bleaching I guess, at least that works well no matter what brand I use. I do give it 2 stars because at least the fragrance used isn't horrible, just heavy.

Worth more than 5 stars...
Like many other reviewers I started using this on the advice of my dermatologist for its non-comedogenic property. It's fabulous as a moisturizing face cream but it also works like a healing agent on sunburns (so cooling), and on cold sores that are in the drying up stage and on skin that is the victim of too much chlorine in a public swimming pool. Good for little kids and senior citizens and everyone in between. I've been using it for 27 years and twice within the past year I've been mistaken for my daughters' sister! For those with dry skin, more applications are probably needed.

Dermatologist reccomended for dry skin
A dermatologist recommended this to me years ago, and I use it every day. I love it. My skin always feels moisturized. I only have to use it in the morning, and it lasts all day.

I've been using complex 15 for many, many years. Use to be able to but it at stores, now only on internet. It's an amazing product, not greasy at all, contains phospholipids which maintains a moisture balance. I absolutely love it.

This product is not to heavy and is very gentle on extremely sensitive skin. Now that I've found it, I plan on using it as long as it is available.

A wonderful moisturizer!
I've been using this product for 2 months now and while the fine lines around my eyes and forehead remain I do see a difference in my skin. It feels alive, refreshed and healthy! Great bang for your buck!!
I am very pleased with this Olay product. I have only been using it for about a month, but with In that short amount of time my skin & over all appearance Is very hydrated, firm, & smooth. No complaints..works well
Works well...my skin is usually rough from the day when I put the cream on at night. Overnight, my skin heals. It's great. The only annoying part is that it doesn't really "soak" into my skin. When I shower in the morning, I feel the cream sticky on my face. No big deal though..still a good product

Not a complete review, will update on lightening after longer use....
I've been using this caviar cream for about 2 weeks. About the product, I was hesitant to pay so much for only 1 ounce of cream, but you don't have to use very much of it. One "finger dip" is enough to cover my whole face. It will leave your skin shiny with a slight greasy feeling (my skin is normal to dry), so if you have oily skin this may give you breakouts. It is scented, but I find it to be a light, pleasant scent and not strong or overpowering. And the jar is not glass, maybe they changed the packaging but mine is plastic and not heavy at all.

I'm a dark skinned African-American. I use the cream twice a day, under my makeup in the morning and at night after I've cleaned my face. I've always had smooth, bump-free skin so I bought the cream primarily to help even my color and to fade the embarrassing hereditary dark circles around my eyes that I've had since I was little (I just turned 30). In the 2 weeks I've used the cream I've noticed my skin looks even smoother and is softer, but no lightening just yet and I understand it takes time to see those results, if any. In the meantime, I ordered the Oralight pills to see if that will do anything for my body, especially my rear end and my knees. I will try to keep this review updated as I notice more results with the cream.

It works!
I only recommend products to my friends that have worked for me & not based on what other people say. I tried this one with the Makari whitening pills & the pills worked for my body & this cream helped a lot making my face lighter and even-toned. I can now go out without make up on sometimes and I'd say this is worth it, instead of buying costly make up to cover the uneven skin tone I've always had.

Working beautifully
I am an Asian woman who has had problems with melasma and brown spots due to sun exposure for a number of years. A large area of my face was affected. I have been using Makari for a month and a half or so and the dark areas are much, much lighter. I may be imagining things, but it seems the wrinkles around my eyes are less noticeable, as well. Overall my skin looks great. I have been getting more rest and exercise these days, so that might be a contributing factor to my looking more youthful, but those embarssing dark areas on my face are definitely significantly lighter. I was lucky not to suffer any acne breakouts, either.

Smoother skin
I tried it until the jar was empty and my skin has a much smoother appearance, but I did not notice any lighter appearance. I did have a few people to compliment me on my skin, but I think the product is priced way too high for what it claims to do. I have tried another less expensive product for fading black spots and pigmentations on skin and it works much better for only 1/4 of the price of this product. If you want an overpriced moisterizer this product is for you.

Blotch be Gone
So far the cream is working fairly well. Purchased to get rid of facial scars. It works pretty slowly but it does appear to be working. I just put a little on each scar twice a day. Its not too greasy and the scars are blending in.

Let me apologize ahead of time for my review because I'm a guy and don't know all the terms for facial discriptions when it comes to "beauty tips." Anyways, I got this product mostly out of curiosity, but I am glad I did and would recommend it to anyone. I have a bad habit since childhood of pushing together my eyebrows to sheild my eyes from the sun, and have created creases or "wrinkles" (though I don't think they are really "wrinkles" in terms of aging) on my forehead between the two eyebrows. I applied the cream to the area including on my cheeks and neck. After only 4 days, I noticed the wrinkle between my eyebrows dramatically decrased. I also noticed the appearance of a firmer jaw-line. I noticed the affects after only 4 days, which is probably fast and may sound too good to be true, but I am in my mid twenties, so that may contribute to how fast it works. Anyways this product works, and is definitely cool. Ummm.. sorry.. had to throw that last bit in so my review wouldn't sound so feminine...yo. Ahem.

This product is a splurge for me....but, it's well worth the $! I usually use ponds cream..it's cheap and very thick for my dry skin. However, this lotion has spf in it, and I feel like it protects my skin better..it's worth the extra 10 dollars!
