Not worth the time.
When I received mine, all was good. The second day of using it, I noticed that the pen full of the whitening gel had oozed out, and when I went to go turn it as the instructions indicated, the pen had oozed completely out of whitening gel (there was none left in the pen, it had all oozed out). I don't know if this happened in the shipping process, or whatever. I guess you get what you pay for. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Disappointed
Although receiving this product in a timely manner, It took 3 days of using the product for all but 2 of the lights to stop working. So I did not get to see any results because my product was 'broken' before I could even reach a result revealing stage.

Unsatisfied
While I do give them credit for mailing the product in a timely manner, it arrived broken. I tried to return it, they advised me to contact the manufacturer. I mailed a letter as instructed and still have not heard a thing and still do not have my product. I wanted to use this before a special event, and could not! I order online quite often and this is the only time I have felt so disappointed. Please make sure you read the return policy! They also charge a re-stock fee, which is totally absurd! They even tried to bribe me with a $5.00 credit if I would give them a better rating! I told them that they represent the products they sell, and in this case they failed as a seller.
I would order elsewhere.

Great product highly recommend. Seen results after one use.
onto my 4th day now and i see results everyday. the trays seem to do the job, if they dont fit your teeth properly you have to boil water and mold them like any other mouthpiece. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars was the whitening syringe keeps getting stuck/clogged as it says in the instructions but that can be fixed by sucking up some water etc (see directions)

Trays stink, but the product works
The trays are not great, as others have said, but the product really does work. Not blindingly white results, but results none the less.

No directions with kit and Customer Service never phoned me back!
I received this kit without any directions on how to form the molds to my teeth or how to use the product. There was no contact info of any kind with the kit so I phoned Amazon. At first Amazon told me they had no way of contacting this company, but I was persistant and eventually was given a phone number. Each time I called the number I got a voice mail. I left my name, phone number and reason for calling...just wanted directions so I could use the product. I was never able to talk to a real person and I have never received any directions for the product. So...this was a waste of money. I certainly will never recommend this product to anyone.

Works Well
I bought this product in conjunction with another tooth whitening product and actually the two of them work quite well together. The two of them combined were much less expensive than going to new teeth whitening shops or the dentist.

love this kit
This product is amazing, it really works. i had yellowish teeth before and now are getting whiter. You can actually see the difference since the first time you use it. You just have to be careful you don't get any of the gel in your gums. The teeth trays are really easy to mold to your teeth.

Amazing product for whiter teeth!
I love the Crest Supreme Professional white strips! They make my teeth look as though I've had them professionally done. I have sensitive teeth so I brush with Sensodyne toothpaste and can only use these every other day, but that's all that's needed to whiten teeth with these strips. Truly a very good product that does what it says it will do. The kit may be a little pricey, but cost far less than having them done by a dentist. Keep in mind that the strips will only work on NATURAL teeth discolored by stains such as coffee, wine, tea, etc.

for touching up and maintaining white bright teeth
I had 'zoom' teeth whitening treatment done about 8 years ago. The dentist gave me Nite White Excel 22% to touch up and maintain my bright smile. This gel must be used with a mold, which was made professionally in the dentist's office and resembles a retainer of sorts. (It has to be a professionally made mold and not the kind you buy at a drugstore, because the gel can leak and irritate your gums if not fitted properly.)

Just a tiny drop in each indentation, then wear the mold as you would a retainer. I keep it in for an hour, then rinse my mouth and brush my teeth. I've been able to maintain my bright smile all these years and haven't needed to go back to the dentist's office to whiten my teeth. I've tried other brands that I got from a different dentist, but this one worked the best and now that it is available online, it's cheaper and more convenient to get. Also, I have sensitive teeth and, though, I do feel a little tingling sensation at times, this product does not overly irritate my teeth and the tingling sensation goes away within an hour. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who already has a professional mold made and needs to touch up or maintain their bright smile!

Product As Ordered - But Disappointed in Company Policy
Product received as listed. However, disappointed that I ordered the product at one price and then a couple of days after, the price was substantially reduced. I contacted the company indicating that I just ordered the product, haven't yet received the product, but the price was reduced. I asked for a refund for the difference as I had not yet received the product. I was told that they don't do this. Disappointed that they did not honor the price reduction/refund as most companies do if the price is reduced, and shipment hasn't been received.

It works !
Originally I purchased my custom tooth mold trays and this product from my dentist in a kit several years ago. I continued to purchase the whitener from him because it was my only source. It works well and only a small amount is needed to whiten, use just enough to cover your teeth because it will make your gums tender. After 3 nights you'll see a big difference. I am also very happy I no longer need to pay double the price from the dentist. It's good stuff !

Great Product
I purchased the NiteWhite ACP 22% 6 pk kit from Direct Super Center (DAB Nutrition)because it was fulfilled by Amazon.com and it was eligible for free super saver shipping. It arrived in a timely manner within a week.

I have been using NiteWhite for more than 10 years. I have custom trays from the dentist. I'm familiar with the product. The kit I received from Direct Super Center/Amazon.com is the NiteWhite ACP The Standard Kit - 6 (2.4ml ea) syringes, instruction book, container to put your trays. The label on the box with Exp Date of 6/2011 and lot #. I would have preferred a Exp date closer to 18 months, but no prob, I am splitting the kit with my sister. And it still gives me 10 months to use the product before Exp. date. The box came shrink wrapped.

The price was very good but if had waited a few more days, the price would have been even better since it is even cheaper now. But still far cheaper than a dentist.

Expiration Date Removed
The Expiration date has been removed from this product. No way to know how old it is ... I suspect they are dumping expired product here. Rip-off.

My teeth are white! I did the "free trial" for mucho dinero from magazines and they were only 20% peroxide. These are 35% concentration

Really Whitens
I received my order a few days ago and have used it 4 times already. The product really does whiten your teeth. I could see a big difference after just one use at 20 minutes. The mouth tray is not the most comfortable, but it is worth it to see your teeth so white after only a few uses. I have already recommended this product to family and friends. I also didn't have any gum or teeth soreness after using.

Teeth are whiter!!!
I just received my gel and kit today. I used it for 30 minutes this afternoon and my teeth are whiter already. My teeth were not real yellow to begin with, but definatly needed whitening. I cannot wait to use the product for the rest of the week to see what results I get. I did experience some sensitivity on the gums, but nothing that wasn't tolerable. In a few areas my gums did turn white from irritation, but quickly recovered after taking the mouth piece out. It really is very hard to avoid getting the gel on the gums, but whiter teeth are worth it to me. The product arrived quickly, with all the pieces in place. I recommend using this product for sure!!!

Fast working gel
I've just used this twice and can already see a big difference in the whiteness of my teeth. The trays are just okay and still are a little messy but work. I will definately be buying this again!

Good Product Cheaper Than Professional Cleaning
After reading the reviews i decided to give these whitestrips a try. I'm happy with the results of the strips they do work, but not as good as a professional whitening. For the price cant complain also they do give you sensitive teeth but like the other reviews say if it is extreme stop using for a day or two but sensitivity wasnt a big issue for me good product.

I have pictures to PROVE IT WORKS!
I bleach my teeth probably about once a year. I have tried NUMEROUS products and recently I decided to purchase the Crest 3D professional effects. I was willing to spend the $50.00 on this product versus having to go to a dentist or cosmetic specialist to whiten my teeth.

I also decided to take pictures of my teeth every day to see if there was a difference. There was. I only needed the treatment for 3 days to see a difference. I also did not feel intense sensativity and was able to take aspirin for the few times I did experience a little sensation in my mouth. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!

I stopped using the product after 5 days since I was able to achieve the whitness that I wanted. Good thing about this is once my teeth start turning yellowish again, I know it'll only take a few days, this product will probably last me 6 months to a year!!!! Not bad for the price.

I do love the new strips, every effective and very clingly. They dont move and I am able to wear them at work, I work in a call center and although it kind of alters my speach the strips do not move and are not uncomfortable at all. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that does not drink coffee, sodas, or smokes. The product works beautifully and I have had people complimenting me on my smile.

My mother has over 50 years of build up on her teeth and I let her borrow a couple of these so she would not be afraid to smile and I am starting to notice and difference, and more importantly, she is.
We are planning to use them for a week on our teeth and see our results. The only other thing is that I wish my teeth were just a little whiter. But I am pleased.

Didn't work as well as I'd hoped, but I noticed a slight change. I don't have awful teeth but they are a little yellow. Instead of getting the ivory/ white I was hoping for it's just a slightly lighter yellow

Effective
These are effective and much improved from the original Crest white strips- I have no trouble keeping them on! However, at least at first, I recommend using the strips only half an hour a day. as advised. If I leave mine on any longer, I experience senstivity. These brightened my teeth beautifully in a crunch a week before I was the maid of honor in my best friends wedding.

Awesome whitener!! Better than strips
Product works just as stated. I've previously used strips and other gels and this gel by far leads the way. I already own custom fitting trays (top and bottom) so I would highly recommend this product if you have a pair of your own. It's 35% so yes it does bother the gums the first couple time around. Just place a little bit of Vaseline over your gums and then the problem is solved!

An AMAZING effect, especially for the cost
I purchased this to use with a bleaching tray my Dad made for me (he's a dentist). He gave me a tube of a similar product (16% carbamide peroxide), but by the time I got around to using it, it had expired. You can imagine my surprise when I found out that this stuff was available without a prescription, and was fairly inexpensive. The bottom line: IT WORKS. It works REALLY well, and it starts working with the first application. I've used it 3-4 times and my teeth are SEVERAL shades whiter. At this rate, they should look eggshell-white after another week. Unlike weaker concentrations (the 16% my Dad gave me advised applying this for an hour, twice a day), the 35% only has to be used once a day for up to 45 minutes (I'm applying it every-other-day). It seems to have a lasting effect, as long as you are otherwise good at keeping your teeth clean (this means brushing and flossing). A few points:

- Brush your teeth and floss before putting in your tray. The tooth won't get the full effect of the peroxide if it's blocked by tartar.
- Apply it to the portion of the tray where it will contact the front of your teeth (no need to bleach the backs, because your dentist is the only one who sees that part)
- Don't overfill the tray, or it will spill out into your mouth (it doesn't taste nasty, but it doesn't exactly taste good either). A little goes a long way: after 4 applications, I'm less than halfway through my first syringe.
- Avoid letting it come into contact with your gums because it can irritate them. My dad warned me to be careful with higher concentrations (like 35%) because of gum irritation. So far, this hasn't been a problem, but if you're overfilling the tray, it easily could be.

Overall, I'm impressed with the effect and the value. If you go to your pharmacy, you'll find competing over-the-counter treatments galore, and tooth-whitening toothpastes that don't do a damn thing. You can pay beaucoups of money to get laser treatments or UV treatments (which seem short-lived to me). For $10-15 and a bleaching tray, you can bleach your teeth in no time. I now understand why this is the only tooth-whitening treatment that my dad recommends.

NOTE: I realize that not everyone's fortunate enough to have a father who will make them bleaching trays. You CAN find inexpensive do-it-yourself trays like this at pharmacies or online. They won't be as good, but they'll get the job done. The package insert also indicated you can use Crest whitening strips with this-- you just have to wash off the crap Crest puts on the strips and replace it with this stuff.

WOW I was impressed
If you want white teeth fast. Buy this. I have never used anything that can touch it. get a tube of tooth past for sensitive teeth to avoid the whitening sting that happens..when you whiten your teeth but it worked in one brushing for me, it was gone..also the re mineralizer that comes with this kit works great too to stop the sting..

Works As Advertised
First, to the people that complain about this gel hurting their gums and teeth: it's 35%. It's going to hurt if you are at all sensitive. If you got professional whitening like Zoom, that would hurt too. Have you ever put peroxide on a cut and it hurt when it bubbled? Imagine that on your gums. That's how it's going to feel. But guess what? Sometimes beauty hurts.

Never wear a gel this strong longer than 30 minutes. I purchased 22% from my dentist previously and they told me not to use that longer than 30. Do not sleep with this in overnight like you can with other gels.

Use the remineralizer or a toothpaste like Sensadyne after whitening and you'll reduce or eliminate tooth sensitivity. Also, skip a day between whitening sessions to further reduce sensitivity.

If you follow these tips you'll get whiter teeth in a fairly short amount of time and have limited pain using this product.

Advertised as 35% strength. This was either a mis-labled or out-of-date product. Not nearly as strong as the 22% I ended up going to my dentist to buy. The product from the dentist sizzled when making contact with gums. Product from Watts Power Pro seemed completely inert and ineffective.

Much Better Deal Than Crest White Strips
I tried this product.
I prefer to use it with the substrate from some old expired Crest White Strips.
The peroxide content on the Crest White Strips Supreme was 15% where as this
product (Watts Power White Gel) has 35% (Over Double the Concentration).
I have done about 5 applications and definately see whiter teeth.
I gave one tube away and my friend says it works too.
Next time I plan to get the 4 pack which sells
for half of what the crest white stips sells for.
$24.45 vs. Over $50+.

Seems to work as described. I've used the weaker solution in the past. This "tastes" the same. But clearly one application of this product yields the same results as three of my last product. Found no issues with burning. I'd buy again.

WORKS BETTER THAN ANY PRODUCT IVE TRIED!
I recently baught this product, and i have been getting compliments on how white my teeth are ever since. I smoke, and drink alot of coffee and this product makes me look like i have teeth as white as the celebrities on TV.

product does not work
It maybe good on sensitive teeth but it does not work for it's purpose. First of the shade chart is weird, it doesn't give you a color that you want you teeth to be. after all the work it didn't make any difference on my teeth.

Partly Impressed
My teeth are extremely sensitive-have to brush them in warm water, etc. Any other strips, etc. that I have ever tried have sent zing's through my teeth that make me cringe just thinking about it. I will say that this product was very good on my sensitive teeth. I applied 20 applications but unfortunately did not see any results in them being any whiter. I do have to say that after the 20 applications were complete, my teeth did begin to feel sensitive, so maybe the 20 was too much for one time for me..however they are far less sensitive after using this than any other whitening product I have ever tried. I bought mine at Walmart and I'm glad there's a 100% guarantee on it since I did not notice any results.

So far...not so good.
I literally just finished the 1 hour kit. It took me 1 hour to do the 10 applications and I must say...I can't tell a difference. In the booklet it says you should be able to tell a difference after the 10 applications but for maximum results do 20. I plan on continuing to try it and finish by doing another 10 tomorrow but so far...not so good. My teeth may be a 1/2 a shade lighter but my guess would be that's from using my Crest 3D White toothpaste before and after. I think it's a neat idea and it would be amazing if it worked especially at this price. So, I'm hoping the last 10 tomorrow will just zoom it to a difference that's noticable and the shade I want...I will update.

UPDATE...

So the next day I did the last 10 applications and it actually works. My husband and family members noticed the difference in my teeth. It's still not the greatest...didn't make them super white or anything but it does seem like it removed the stains and a they are a little whiter the color is more even and brighter. Next time I try to whiten my teeth I'll probably try something different just to see but if all else fails I will more than likely end up using this again.

UPDATE AGAIN...

One week later my teeth are the same as before =(...

I'm a guy. I don't really know my way around the beauty products, but I also need to have white teeth. Luckily I tried this product and it worked as advertised. I thought the light might be a little gimmicky, but the dentist uses it so I thought I'd give it a try. It worked. And I think because of the light it uses less chemicals in your mouth which is probably a good thing.
